My hometown is GreyMouth on the West Coast!
There's plenty to do and plenty places to go you can do the many track around the area like Coal creek falls is a really good walk and some much more. We have beaches and plenty of places to swim like Punakaiki and Lake Brunner. For kids we have an awesome skatepark and a new town square.
And markets every Sunday!

ReplyDeleteI really like that you have obviously been and taken the picture of the town square to add to your post. We are very lucky to have this lovely new space in the middle of town. It is great to see when they have music and markets on in there. I hope they do it more often. Especially with all of this great weather that we are having.
The cycle track brings a lot of people to Greymouth and is a great asset to the town. As is the skate park for all the kids to play at. There is always someone there using it which is great.
We do also have great walking tracks around the town as well as wonderful places that you can go swimming. Which is good seeing as we can't use the pool!
