Meat and Three Veg
On your blog tell us if you think that the ‘meat and three veg’ rule is a good one. Do you like the rule? Would you enjoy eating a typical 1950s dinner? Why or why not?

Honestly I would enjoy this rule because your getting or your protein and your staying healthy it's simple and it's plenty and sounds filling so you'll never be hungry after. So yes I would enjoy a typical 1950s dinner.
