Chasing Great
Please watch the trailer for Chasing Great and read about Richie McCaw online. On your blog tell us three things that you learned about Richie that you did not know beforehand. What else would you like to know about Richie?

Facts about Richie McCaw
1.When not leading the team, McCaw is a keen pilot.
2. He is the most capped All Black.
3.He was brought up in North Otago and educated at Otago Boys High, where he played his rugby.

    It's Allie! How have your holidays been going?

    Well done with this activity. You have presented this really well. Great photo of Richie!
    Richie McCaw is really one of our most well known rugby players and Probably the most recognisable person from the sport around the world. He along with Dan Carter would get recognised where ever they went.

    It is great that once he finished playing rugby that he went on to help people. Like you said he is a keen pilot. And after the Kaikoura earthquake he spent time flying supplies into people that were cut off by the damage to the roads. Imagine how they would have felt having Richie McCaw land a helicopter on their front lawn!

    It's the last week for the programme this week so try and get through as many activities as you can. It's great to see that both Miss Power and Mrs O have commented on your posts. And Jacob too!
